Wedding Rental FAQ & Booking Terms
Wedding Wishlist, Rentals & Booking Information
We want choosing your wedding flowers to feel easy. Here's what to expect from The Flower Bar's à la carte wishlist process.
How does a wedding wishlist work?
Submitting your wishlist is a request for an estimate, not a reservation or an order. No payment is collected when you submit. We will aim to contact you within 48 hours to review date availability and arrange a complimentary 20-minute consultation.
When do I pay?
After discussing your selections, we will send an itemized Shopify invoice showing approved flowers, quantities, any setup or relocation costs, and applicable rentals. The invoice is valid for 72 hours, subject to availability. Your wedding date is confirmed only after payment and our acceptance of the booking.
Are delivery, setup and strike included?
Not automatically. Services that require delivery, installation, floral relocation, or a return trip to strike are priced separately and disclosed before payment. Floral arches require a suitable secure structure and professional installation. Full-coverage arches are quoted based on dimensions, shape, access and floral density.
Can we repurpose ceremony flowers?
Often, yes! With the right mechanics and access, some aisle pieces or ground meadows can move to a sweetheart table, fireplace, entrance, welcome sign or dance-floor area. Relocation is not automatic: we will confirm what can be moved safely and quote the staffing and timing during your consultation.
How do vessel and candleholder rentals work?
Some designs use reusable vases or candleholders. Once your final quantities are known, we will provide an itemized rental list showing the number and replacement value of each piece, along with any applicable rental and cleaning charges. A refundable security deposit may be collected separately before the wedding. Deposit terms and replacement values will be disclosed for your acceptance before payment.
When must rentals be returned?
Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, please return all rented vases and candleholders to The Flower Bar by the agreed Monday return time after your wedding. Return items empty, clean, undamaged and safely packed. We'll inspect them and refund any refundable deposit balance, less documented and previously agreed deductions for missing, damaged or unreturned items. Replacement amounts are based on the itemized values shared before payment. If returning items yourself isn't convenient, ask about a separately quoted retrieval service.
Will I receive the exact flowers pictured?
Our palettes guide the color story and overall style; flower varieties vary with season and availability. June may bring peonies, while late summer and fall designs may feature dahlias. We cannot guarantee specific varieties unless they are expressly confirmed in your final agreement.
What happens if our date isn't available?
We review availability before sending your final invoice. A wishlist alone does not hold your date.
These are general FAQs and planning expectations. Your final invoice and any signed booking or rental agreement will set out the specific services, deadlines, fees, deposits and return arrangements for your wedding.
